*Role                       : EAM Application Administrator – (Asset and
Material Management)*

*Location               : Oklahoma City / Ada, OK*

*Duration              : 12+ Months *



*Job Description:*

*General Definition:                        *

·         The EAM Application Administrator is responsible for oversight
and functionality of the EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) application.  The
activity will include but not be limited to working with internal and
external

·         customers on customer processes related to EAM, developing
reports, analyzing data, evaluating business efficiencies with the use of
EAM application, implement functional changes, perform data cleansing,
trains

·         end users, manage projects related to EAM, work with IT to insure
system updates are completed, and verification for user setup.

*Essential Job Functions:*

·         Serves as functional administrator for Infor EAM application
within IT and provides oversight to EAM functional leaders at facilities.  Sets
up code tables, ensures data integrity, develops KPI’s and Inboxes, and
systematically enforces business processes with Flex SQ.

·         Develops and implements application optimization for business
process requirements. Gathers information from EAM users to improve
application functionality.  Develops plans for system improvements for
management approval and implements approved changes.

·         Researches best practices in facilities and maintenance relative
to functional use of EAM.

·         Establishes appropriate access, permissions, and menus are in
place for all users based on information provided by IT.

·         Ensures appropriate status authorizations, inboxes, KPI’s and
reports are accessible to appropriate users.

·         Coordinates with IT for installs, upgrades, patches, database
refreshes, and system configuration changes for EAM application.

·         Coordinates with IT on interfaces with the EAM application and
develops business requirements and technical scope for interface changes or
new interfaces.

·         Develops reports for end users using Cognos Report Net (Advanced
Reporting) and makes reports available to appropriate users based on
knowledge or systems reporting functionality.

·         Analyzes data for accuracy in order to give feedback to
management for suggested improvements.

·         Develops end user training documentation and provides
training.  Coordinates
training for advanced users and new functionality during upgrades.

·         Coordinates the resolution of all issues with EAM system.

*Training and Experience:*

·         Two (7) years’ of EAM Asset Management administrator level
experience required.

·         Two (5) years of advanced Cognos ReportNet experience required.

·         Five (5) years database administration experience required; SQL
strongly preferred.

·         Supply Chain, Maintenance and or facilities experience is
strongly preferred.

·         An equivalent combination of education and experience may be
accepted.
