(in years) : 8 Years Primary Skills: *PRPC Version 6.1 or higher experience* • -- Experience with design, architecture and delivery of Pega PRPC-based solutions across multiple projects • -- Previous exposure on UNIX platform • experience working with Oracle Database -- Healthcare Industry experience -- Proficiency with MS Visio -- Support the team for application availability, reliability and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basis -- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment -- Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan -- Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements -- Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards -- Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution Bachelor's Degree with 8 years overall experience. Main Responsibilities: Provides architectural oversight for the development of highly complex new and/or enhanced applications or products. Integrates components built by application developers and/or programmers as needed. Provides technical advice to other departments. Reviews and conducts technical research, testing, evaluation and documentation of complex hosting/configuration tools and methodologies to ensure tools are current/functional. Creates complex application architectures and populates application host/configuration matrices with appropriate strategies, timelines and cost information to increase cost efficiency/effectiveness. Coordinates with application developers, managers and customer application experts to ensure required features and modifications are included in the appropriate releases to support cross-product features and to communicate architectural designs and standards.
