*Job Title: Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Engineer* *Location: Marlborough, MA* *Duration: 12 + Months * *Job Overview:* Candidate must have expert level knowledge of the IBM RTC and Jenkins DevOps tools, and proficiency with one or more of the other components of the DevOps environment (HP PPM Deploy, MKS Source and Workflow, and TFS suites). Expertise with SOX controls as they apply to application lifecycle management/ECM tools. Candidate will also be involved in the development of control and reporting improvements for all of the DevOps products. *Job Details:* · Provides senior-level technical support to all TJX divisions, assisting developers, project managers, auditors, management, and systems personnel with the support, configuration, installation, training, and global management of Change Management/Compliance/Workflow technologies and applications. · Responsibilities include product life cycle management, incident management, change management, project management, peer mentoring/knowledge transfer, user training, as well as on call responsibilities. · Position requires interaction with internal groups such as Application Development, Database Administration, Network Architecture, QA, Security/Compliance teams, Operations, Infrastructure, and external vendors. *Major Responsibilities/Duties: * · Performs scripting, COTS configuration, requirements analysis and review, develops and executes unit/integration tests, defines workflows, supports non-production labs, all at a medium to high level of complexity · Maintain Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools in accordance with TJX Change Management and Compliance requirements (IBM RTC, Jenkins, PPM Deploy, MKS, and TFS suites) · Address day-to-day systems concerns, including performance and consulting activities for users, developers, and systems administrators · Analyze user requirements. · Review access requests to ensure compliance with “Segregation of Duties” (SOD) criteria. · Design/Create/Run custom reports for auditors · Consults on the estimates, design preparation and operational support escalations for tasks of medium to high level of complexity · Perform specialized task-based activities on company driven project needs *Key Skills/Knowledge:* · Proficient in the following key areas: ALM (IBM RTC, Jenkins, PPM Deploy, MKS, and TFS suites), database concepts, multi-tier/multi-platform application concepts, vendor package configuration, understanding of systems design, shell scripting, and scheduling. · Proficient with testing concepts and debugging tools, Emulation Tools. · Requires a highly developed level of technical expertise. · Requires thorough understanding and a working knowledge of the systems development life cycle. · Proficiency in SQL · Strong Oracle and PL/SQL skills, along with JSP reporting experience · Strong analytical skills · Good verbal and written technical communication skills. · -Other duties as assigned. *Preferred Skills/Knowledge:* · IBM RTC (RAD), Jenkins, PPM Deploy, MKS, and TFS suites.
