• Working Knowledge and experience in IVR, Routing Business logics.
• Experience to work with business team and active participation in User
Acceptance Testing
• Good working knowledge in Test Management Tools Like : Quality Center,
Rational Clear Quest etc.,
• Strong working experience in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and
Testing Process.
• Good analytical and problem solving capabilities.
Able to work closely work with the technical and Architects teams.
• Basic Data Base Testing and Good XML validation experience is a required.
• Excellent Team Player and Good Communication Skills
*Mandatory Skills* :-
• Knowledge and experience in IVR, Routing Business logics.
• Test Management Tools Like: Quality Center, Rational Clear Quest.
• Experience with SOAP UI tool.
