The current scope of the project is to transform the hiring and talent acquisition processes in the commonwealth to better align with private sector best practices. The project manager will oversee development of To Be process flows, detailed business and system requirements, oversee the technical build, oversee the end user training, cultural change and communication activities. Most importantly, the candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the integrated project plan for all work streams impacted by this project to include tracking the critical path, providing bi-weekly status reports, running the monthly steering committee meeting and following up on all action items, risks and issues. Years of Relevant Project Management Experience: Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience, PMP Certified, Prior experience with HR transformation projects. Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
