(Angular is mentioned only in one or two places. Client refused to take interview today for candidate Ravi after going through resume). Below can be the criteria: 1. We should look for 'UI Lead'(With some Java) Not Java with little UI. 2 At least 3 latest projects should reflect specific concepts they worked on Angular JS as part of bullet points such as developed custom directive , custom filters, two way binding...etc 3.
