*Job Title: E-commerce ATG QA Test Lead Consultant*
*Length: 6 to 8 months *

Clients is seeking a QA Test Lead Consultant with ATG E-commerce experience
for an initial 6 to 8 month contracting role. Contract extension is likely
provided the consultant exceeds our client’s expectations.
*Responsibilities:*
- Play a key role in the implementation of an e-Commerce ATG application
project; this includes working with the business stakeholders, developers,
and external vendor off-shore QA staff to develop testing requirements,
create test plans, and then execute those plans; build and execute test
cases and document software defects.
- Perform a vendor management function; understanding vendor integration
relative to this project and build relationships with their QA team.
- Utilize MS Project and SharePoint to review test cases, defects with
business users and technical teams.
- Develop and maintain a customer-focused relationship with business
stakeholders by exhibiting a high level of collaboration, timely
communication and responsiveness.
- Clearly set expectations for each key project milestone and then
manage the business stakeholders and the project team to those expectations.
*Required Skills**:*
- *7 years I.T. experience as a Quality Assurance Test Analyst;
including experience as a QA Lead.*
- *Must have e-Commerce software knowledge (ATG, OMS, PKMS – ATG highly
preferred).*
- *General understanding of specialty retail industry, including
knowledge in the following: skus, upc, category, related items,
collections, clearance items, mark downs, flash sales. Etc.*
- *Experience with any of the following: Ratings and Reviews,
International shipping, Omniture, recommendations, Cybersource, Market
place (Amazon) is a plus.*
- *Retail application platform migrations experience is a plus.*
- *Proven experience in creating detailed test plans. *
- *Manual and automated testing experience.*
- Ability to triage defects and provide details to development team; ALM
and JIRA defect tracking experience.
- External vendor management experience working with offshore teams for
testing / development.
- Experience with all phases and types of testing including Functional,
System, Integration, Regression and User Acceptance Testing.
- Must have strong communication, leadership and facilitation skills.
- Must be customer focused; able to understand the importance stakeholder’s
business objectives and drive the process towards achieving those
objectives.
- Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic; and possess very strong
organizational, task management and prioritization skills.
- Strong relationship building skills, and the ability to interact with
all levels of personnel from technical to high level executive management,
and influence key stakeholders in order to get things done!
· Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and collaborate
effectively within cross functional teams to deliver complex projects.
· Must possess a high level of commitment, flexibility, initiative
and an ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
· Must be a highly organized individual who possesses excellent
attention to detail, and demonstrates strong skills for planning,
coordination, teamwork, and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
· Bachelor’s degree is required.
