*Position: Hadoop Admin* *Location:Boston, MA* *Duration:6+ MOnths* *Need Photo id with the submission* *Rate:50-55hr on C2C* *Job Description:* - Responsible for implementation and ongoing administration of Hadoop infrastructure through the installation, maintenance and enhancements for hardware and software systems. - Work with data delivery teams to setup new Hadoop users and control user access and passwords (i.e.; setting up Linux users, Kerberos principals, testing HDFS, Hive, Pig, MapReduce access, etc.) - Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
