Project is global with project managers reporting to this role in EMEA, AP, SA, CR, and MX. Support on weekends required for cutovers as necessary, though the primary weekend responsibility resides with the project managers. At least one weekly meeting begins at 7am ET.No regular travel. May have a few trips to Troy, MI over the course of the program. Any expected travel will be determined along the way and costing analysis performed at that time Program Manager REMOTE (Client site in Troy, MI) 9 months+ $50/hr. all inclusive US CITIZEN REQUIRED Overview: The Program Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project which has a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables as part of the delivery of Analytics as a Service (AaaS). The Program Manager will be accountable to: • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities • Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion • Execute the project according to the project plan • Develop forms and records to document project activities • Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality Key skills: • Remote support • Strong client relationship skills • Ability to handle changing & multiple priorities • Great communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work across all client and roles/levels • Managing other PMs – setting priorities, guidance, mentoring, escalation point, etc. • ITO knowledge a plus, but not required Requirements: • 15 years of progressive experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of progressive experience with a Master's Degree with an accompanying PMI PgMP or similar program management certification is required. • Ten years of intensive and progressive experience managing at least 20 or more IT professionals in subordinate groups and in diverse locations Shalin Patel Sr. Technical Recruiter Cybersearch, Ltd 800 E.
