US CITIZEN ; GREENCARD ; EAD* Project Manager for Global Sales and Services Technology Contact Center and Salesforce projects Project Management - Objective to support a number of Global salesforce projects. • Provides clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal • Facilitates/manages project communications and stakeholder, client and project team expectations • Single point of contact for GIO, IT, BCP/DR, Finance, and other relevant groups at FD. • Defines and manages project scope, budgeting, issues, and timelines. Job Specific Responsibilities • Provide Project Management leadership and guidance for a number of Salesforce and Contact Center initiatives, from inception to delivery: • Ensures project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed. This includes managing and driving: • Project Schedule • Risk and Issue Management • Scope Change Management • Manages the project budget. This includes cost variance tracking, and managing project resources effectively in clarity • Provides clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal • Facilitates/manages project communications and stakeholder, client and project team expectations • Create project plan • Conduct Status meetings • Develop or facilitate delivery of progress reports, requirements documentation • Direct and Manage Project execution end to end • Define project success criteria and disseminate to involved parties throughout project life cycle • Manage change to the scope of the project and devise contingency plans • Estimation of project size and managing the project budget Candidate Requirements • Minimum of 7 years Project Management Experience. • Demonstrated experience with SDLC and Agile Project methodologies. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity and experience with Salesforce and Service Cloud. Familiarity with contact center applications and IVR. • Familiarity and experience with Project Tracking tools such as Clarity and MS Project. • Experience with Contact Centers and Financial products - Billing, Payments, Settlements experience.
