The resource will work on key call center programs like Rep Guidance & call volume reduction initiatives. Development activities for the COFEE transformation program - Simplex Develop microservices and enable CoFEE for cloud SDLC automation and overall DevOps transformation Re-design CoFEE APIs and on-board external partners REQUIRED SKILLS: Extensive technical knowledge in C#, .NET, Scripting languages, SQL Server. At least 2 years working experience using HTML 5, Angular JS, Maria DB, Cloud using AWS, Azure and Open stack Expertise in design and architecting web based applications. Experience with open source tools for development. Knowledge and experience with Devops. Extensive knowledge of telecom industry. Proven experience with development activities for large, complex programs involving multiple application teams. Excellent communications skills, experience managing communication with senior leadership. Experience with driving teams to arrive at a solution. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to achieve this. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
