Job Responsibilities · Analyze and optimize business processes within Utilization management and Condition management functionality. · Streamline and standardize current clinical business processes. · Effective communication to ensure operational consistency. · Manage Project plans, identify key milestones and dependencies. · Discuss/ resolve issues and risks. · Track and monitor project outcomes to manage/ sustain gains. · Create executive summaries and present to Sr. leadership. · Comply with HIPAA, Diversity principles, Corporate integrity, Compliance policies and other departmental policies. Other Preferred Skills · Knowledge of risk, issue, change and defect management.
