Job Description:- Contract- Full time ( 1 year Appox) Location- Dallas, TX Rate-( As per experience) *Amadeus Reservation and Customer Management* o Overall 8-10 years’ experience with lead experience of 2-3 years, leading a team of 20+ people o 4 – 6 years of experience working on Altea booking and customer management and overall understanding of Airline process flow. Added advantage if worked with multiple airlines. Areas of experience include o PNR creation, e-ticketing, flight status, type of pax, APIS o Understands the concept of departure control system, code share, inventory and business rules o Understands the airline landscapes and integration points of Altea to various systems o Concept of Advanced baggage management like automated application of airline baggage policies, collection of baggage fees o Understanding of Proactive management (proactive onload and re-grade, optimized onload) & regrade recommendation, Boarding management like stand by or staff customers, flow forward o Should have experience in envisioning test automation strategies o Has been responsible for delivery of releases o Experience in estimates the test effort for a project release and planning with the client’ QA manager o Provided technical & functional oversight to the testers o Has done team coordination – within and outside the QA team to ensure timely release of delivery o Has experience in metrics monitoring and tracking o Has guided junior testers to adequately to perform testing o Experience in identifying Project risks and escalation o Excellent in Oral, written communication.
