MSCRM Techno Functional Lead MSCRM Techno Functional Lead - Prepare Business requirement document - Prepare functional specification document - Identification of end user training needs and end user training delivery - Work with business stake holders and project team members and provide clarifications on functional queries - Experience in Sales, Service and Marketing domain - Experience in global rollouts - Share responsibility with project workstream leads for the delivery of high quality implementation that meets customer and Cognizant expectations of quality, time and cost - MS CRM 2015/2016 functional knowledge 2.
