*Lead Performance Tester * *Location: Seattle, WA* *Length: 6-12 months -- strong likelihood of extension* *Start: ASAP* *Interview: phone / skype* *• Team Lead of 3+ years* *• Load Runner Expertise is Required* Overview: This Large Telecommunication company is involved in a company wide upgrade of all their applications. This is a multi-year project and requires a strong work ethic and being able to work independently. The client is seeking extremely strong Lead Performance Tester who have expertise in HPE Load Runner as well as leading a team. The lead must be able to assign tasks to team as well as work hands on as well. Must also be able to work with the client and provide update on milestones. Job Roles and Responsibilities: • Work with various stakeholders and customers to collect performance requirements, along with developing the appropriate performance test work products (test strategies, plans, scenarios and scripts) • Design, Create and Execute performance, load, stress and scalability testing for applications with a multi-tier architecture to validate and ensure optimal user experience • Lead performance testing efforts and train team members on the use of Load Runner and HP Performance Center • Debug performance scripts, analyze the data gathered from performance testing, identify/report issues, and interact with various stakeholders for performance issue resolution • Create/maintain reusable test data and help prepare the test environment • Prepare test report and assist with defect management • Review and maintain all project documentation in accordance with department procedures • Assist with technical artifacts (such as Use Cases and User Interface Specifications) and engage in technical discussions • Support testing of application and environmental upgrades as well as resolution of production issues • Maintain understanding of current and new testing technologies • Assist with other responsibilities as assigned Required Skills and Experience: • More than 8 years of experience with hands on Performance Testing experience • Must have DEEP and EXTENSIVE Load Runner experience. • Must have 3+ years of Team Lead experience • Experience with HP Performance Center and Load Runner mandatory • Good working knowledge of JavaScript and AngularJS • Experience with defect tracking tools • Experience in the creation of SQL scripts • Experience in HP QTP/UFT or Descriptive Programming Language preferred, but not required • Familiarity with databases • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills • Strong interpersonal skills and written communications • Good interpersonal skills, result oriented, hardworking and team player • Ability to stay focused and deliver under pressure Kishore Kumar Recruiter Cybersearch, Ltd kishore.kani...@cybsearch.com Direct: 832 510 8464 Fax: 847-357-0219 YIM: kumarr...@yahoo.in Galk: kumarre...@gmail.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
