· Work in SharePoint environment 2013-2016
· Troubleshooting production issues, providing level 3 and level 2
supports as needed.
· Applying Cumulative updates, service packs and hot fixes in
different environments.
· Worked on PowerShell scripting to automate the day-to-day
activities across the production environment.
· Worked on the Production Farm health issues which are generated
from the Microsoft RAP and got those fixed.
· User Profiles & My Site configuration within Central
Administration including customizing User Profile Service & Properties
· Search for enterprise configuration and setup, taxonomies and
best bets.
· Worked on defining crawl rules, metadata property creation and
mapping for custom column search. Created custom search scope.
· Training end users on lists, libraries, pages, publishing, web
parts, importing, exporting, navigation and many other SharePoint features
during project deployments and with ongoing support
· Involved in maintenance of security at Farm, Web App, site
collection, site, and list and item level.
· Actively involved in extending the web applications for multiple
authentication providers supporting both windows and forms based
authentication for external users.
· Actively involved in supporting network load balancing, Firewall
rules of the FARM and upgrading/migrating the FARM environment into the
SharePoint 2013 version.
