Also mentor other developers. *Areas of Accountability: * A. Write code, configurations, and use tools necessary to implement owned areas of Sitecore and .NET web applications. B. Work within a small focused team using Agile/Scrum principles to develop applications and platform features while taking ownership for the technical quality of the global platforms. C. Gather requirements for highly technical areas of implementation. Validate requirements prior to the start of development; Provide solution architecture and diagrams to document implementations. D. Deliver rapid, scalable, and quality solutions that meet the business needs Unit test code and create automated test scripts. E. Work closely with other engineers and vendor partners to ensure development meets business needs. F. Ensure development infrastructure is setup and configured according to industry established best practices. Including areas such as solution structure, source control, continuous integration, and build scripts. G. Maintain and evolve existing digital assets and systems. H. Introduce and evolve existing processes and methods required for maturing TCF’s digital development, implementation, and operation of our key platforms I.
