The developer will work in a team setting with other Client developers, information technology professionals and program staff. *Primary Responsibilities* Work on all aspects of software development life cycle following agile methodologies for new initiatives. Work with business analyst and users to gather requirements, perform analysis, design, application implementation, testing and assist in deployment. Develop RESTful web services and public web portals using Microsoft .NET frameworks, C#, JavaScript and associate technologies. Design and develop databases using SQL Server and/or Oracle, write complex stored procedures with fast performance. Utilize cloud base web services using Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services platforms Learn new technologies if requested. Communicate effectively with teammates and other stakeholders. *Qualifications* Minimum BS/CS with 8+ years of experience with .NET web development. Proven experience in design, development and implementation of large-scale and multi-user applications.
