Position : UX Designer *Location : Seattle WA * Duration : 6+ Months Interview : Phone then Face to Face GC , USC , EAD GC Only Job Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, User Interface Design, Human Factors, Graphic Design, Technical Communication or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique · Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail · Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps · Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools · Proficient with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Understanding of common software project management practices · Understanding of common software development practices · Champion principles of usability and user-centered design · Experienced knowledge of designing in an Agile environment required *Desired Skills And Experience:* · Strong understanding of combining User-Centered Design principals with user research · Expert experience with toolset (Microsoft suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure.) · Experience working on Mobile and Desktop experiences, both in native and web-based experiences · Secure understanding of responsive design principles and creating such environments · Experience designing complex data visualization and dashboard-type experiences · Creative and strategic thinker able to develop innovative solutions to problems and leading-edge design. · Experience designing in SharePoint is a plus · Experience working on Mobile Web, Mobile Applications and Desktop Web. · Exceptional presentation abilities, both verbal and visual · Solid understanding of interactive experiences and technologies · Proven knowledge of web-based application design trends, patterns, usability, technical considerations and best practices. · Understanding of HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, .net and SharePoint is a plus · Comfortable working face to face or in virtual settings · Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a UX designer, information architect, interaction designer, user interface designer or similar role. · Masters in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, or similar fields.
