We have an urgent requirement as follows: *Role: Delivery manager* *Location: Charlotte, NC* *Technical Skills:* Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Flume, Hbase and Map/Reduce Proven track record of at least 2 Large scale Hadoop Implementation Expertise in Data Ingest patterns with hands on skills with various ingest tools like Sqoop, Oozie, NiFi , Gobblin or any other custom framework Data Modelling experience, ability to design schema for structured data consumption while ensuring performance Experience in Hadoop Integration with various analytical platforms including R, SAS and other Visualization tools, Metadata / Data quality / ETL tools Experience with NoSQLs - at least HBase, performance tuning, indexing and other concepts Experience with Search / Indexing components - Lucene / Elastic search, integration with nosqls, hive and hdfs strcutures Ability to benchmark performance of various Hadoop components and tune Experience on Spark with ability to do performance tuning Exposure to Hardware - Memory / CPU/ Network sizing of clusters Expertise on Unix, Shell, at least 2 Programming languages - Java (mandatory) & Python/ Scala along with strong Database skills Deep background in Enterprise Data Management practices - Data Quality, governance practices At least 5+ years’ experience in DW/BI projects with any ETL tool Thanks & Regards, *Javed Mohammad* IT Recruiter Pace Computer Solutions Inc.
