He leads teams of both business and technical colleagues throughout the course of the project, and he has to be able to communicate with each of them effectively. He should know what questions to ask and when to ask them to verify that nothing crucial to the success of the project is overlooked. Although his project addresses tactical business objectives, he must consider the impacts his solution could have to the organization's overall business processes and strategies. Requisites and Qualifications: • Experience with Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.x and data integration tools (OBIEE, ODI, etc.), preferable to have experience implementing Hyperion planning in EPBCS (cloud) • Knowledge of the integration of Hyperion Budgeting with General Ledger, Purchasing and Accounts Payable. • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills (Calc Script, PLSQL, hierarchy creation, form building, business rules) • Able to create Hyperion Planning/Essbase: models, calculation scripts, web forms and business rules, workflow management, project documentation and reports. • Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future capability • Provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments to assist in the development of the enterprise architecture and maximize the return on technology investment • Within the agreed enterprise architecture, define and design technology solutions to assist the business in meeting their business objectives • Develop, test and implement technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes • Identify system, infrastructure and project interdependencies and balance competing demands to ensure project deliverables are achieved • Review and assess existing enterprise applications, to support new features, performance improvements, upgrades, and ongoing sustainment • Analyze large, complex systems to determine performance bottlenecks, application bugs, and opportunities to improve efficiency • Plan and conduct software architecture assessments that examine server-side, client-side, and database system configuration and performance • Identify areas of instability and deviations from best practices amongst application components • Participate in performance, load, and stress testing, and remediation of issues identified • Participate in security architecture reviews of large enterprise systems • Lead efforts to develop new systems and upgrades and updates to existing systems, throughout the entire application lifecycle: requirements analysis & definition, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and sustainment • Participate in activities that ensure the successful use of these systems including: developing documentation, test scripts, and training materials Kishore Kumar Recruiter Cybersearch, Ltd kishore.kani...@cybsearch.com Direct: 832 510 8464 Fax: 847-357-0219 YIM: kumarr...@yahoo.in Galk: kumarre...@gmail.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
