Other duties may be assigned. - Work with Salesforce Center of Excellence managers to determine and develop useful reports and dashboards within Salesforce.com. - Work with all level of the organization to determine needs and establish priorities. - Work with business proactively engage partners in driving profitable growth and increase market share through communication, collaboration, and the development and execution of programs, services, and solutions *Requirements:* Must have previously worked with a CRM solution in a challenging environment and shown success. - Intermediate experience with the administration of Salesforce.com and Demand Tools required. - Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes - Capable of collecting and defining business requirements and architecting a technical solution design for implementation that covers all aspects of the requirements. - Strong configuration\administrations skills, development (APEX/Visual Force) a plus. - Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality - Must be a go-getter and salesforce.com enthusiast who thrives on working in fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus - Strong configuration\development skills. - Experience in all phases of project cycle with interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users - Project management skills a plus - Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes and tools - Strong experience with salesforce workflow tools like Salesforce process builder and workflow. - Experience in Agile environments.
