*Job Title : Sr Business Analyst with Tableau ExperienceLocation : Washington, DCDuration : 1+Year Contract* Details: Must be able to obtain a “Public Trust clearance or Secret Clearance or already have one for this role” The resource MUST have lived in the US for 3 years, AND CANNOT have lived outside the US for a combined 180 days in the last 5 years. *Description* Business Analyst - Tableau Senior Business Analyst and Project Lead - A senior business analyst who serves as the lead analyst for the project as well as the project lead. Has work experience functioning in both areas. Works closely with customers to understand current business reporting and data used for those reports. Identifies customer needs for new reports based on their existing ones. In conjunction with the project Tableau SME and with the project senior Applications Engineer, redesigns the customer reports to run under Tableau software which generates visualizations for new agency dashboards based on customer data. As project lead, is responsible for the overall project roadmap and project plan developing them and then keeping them up to date. Chairs customer meetings. Strong communications skills both oral and written. Works closely with the small contract team composed of a Tableau SME and an Applications Engineer in the redesign of these existing customer reports to insure Tableau is fully utilized in the new reporting tool to display on dashboards. Has had extensive experience analyzing complex customer requirements and working with senior level customers. A background in mathematics is highly desirable as the agency customers work with complex mathematical algorithms which are utilized in generating their current reports. Ensure that the agency governance is understood and complied with as well as the agency implementation of SDLC.
