Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the *Service Cloud & Force.com <http://force.com/> platforms* Facilitate regular administrative and feature enhancements including (but not limited to) multiple user setup, profiles and roles, configuration, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations Hands on Experience in *SFDC concepts like Apex, Visualforce ,workflow, approvals, flows, Process builders* Create customized reports and dashboards using data from multiple systemic solutions Create and maintain technical specifications pertaining to design, configuration and integration Manage the testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments Solution & fix defects and follow service interruptions through resolution Keep abreast of new Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> features and functionality providing recommendations to further process improvements Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools. Must have Admin or Dev SFDC certifications. *Job Description:* The Solutions Architect (SA) should have sound knowledge of *Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> Sales and Service Clouds and will be responsible for successfully creating custom applications using Force.com <http://force.com/> and integrating Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> with other systems.* Designing and building web & mobile interfaces on the Force.com <http://force.com/> platform using Visualforce, Apex and other available tools. In this capacity, the SA will be an expert in Force.com <http://force.com/> application development, Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> integration and extension, features, designing solutions, *using the Force.com <http://force.com/> API, APEX, Visualforce, applications from the AppExchange and other tools* that extend the product.
