Description/Comment: Able to create and modify procedures to solve complex
issues. Seen as a subject matter expert within functional area.
Participates in negotiation and collaboration. Utilizes creative thinking
and innovative approaches involving multiple technologies. Supports
initiatives that focus on meeting and growing business needs. *Monitors
service performance to SLAs and ensures organizational and leadership
visibility of SLA performance and problem areas.* Manages support
exceptions/escalations and where appropriate, creates new or refines
existing business processes. Possesses knowledge to plan and manage service
deliveries for standard and customized IT solutions and processes to
satisfy customer and business requirements.

*SKILL SET*
Powerpoint and Excel. Ability to take tech-speak and translate for
non-technical audience. Familiar with Agile environment and working within
Service Level Management environment. Must be able to demonstrate strong
writing ability.
Own and manage the milestones and timelines of all product rollouts for our
NY based product team

•               *Must have Retail and/or eCommerce experience*

•               Support product launches through pilot phase by
troubleshooting and resolving user issues

•               Ensure the successful transfer of support to the
appropriate teams

•               Create and maintain training, support, and other product
documentation

•               Manage project timelines and consistently report status to
sponsors and stakeholders

•               Become a subject matter expert in various areas of the
business and leverage experience to identify areas of product and process
improvements

•               Document existing business processes and help refine or
create new processes as needed

•               Monitor product analytics and identify areas of opportunity
to ensure user satisfaction

•               Lead product and user acceptance testing to ensure
requirements have been met What you need to be successful:

•               *Minimum 5 years of relevant Business Analysis experience,
retail experience preferred *

•               A desire to deliver the best customer experience and exceed
expectations

•               Experience in translating tech speak into intuitive, easy
to understand training and support documents

•               Must be able to demonstrate strong writing and
communication skills

•               Ability to interface directly with senior business
stakeholders and users

•               Ability to get into the weeds on multiple products at one
time

•               Experience creating/reviewing test scenarios and
participating in testing

•               Knowledge of the software development life cycle and
Agile/Lean process experience a plus

•       Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
