The following are the basic qualification criteria in order of importance: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Web 2.0, RIA (AJAX, Action Script, MXML and FLEX) 2. Minimum 5 years of J2EE development experience. 3. Strong understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies, RUP and OOAD. 4. Good understanding of J2EE Design Patterns. 5. Proficient in software design and analysis using UML methodologies in generation of class diagrams, sequence diagrams and use case diagrams with experience with Rational Rose. 6. Experience in web-based GUIs development using JSP, HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript. 7. Experience using IBM WebSphere application server and related development tooling such as RAD or WSAD.
