Identified resource will be the go-to functional lead on the project. An immediate need. - Responsibilities: - Gather ICM requirements and complete design and blueprint for ICM. - Previous experience on ICM is essential - Complete realization based on signed off blueprint. - Good communication, documentation and presentation skills - Note: ICM = SAP module "Incentive & Commission Management" *Requirement N0:3* Position: SAP Change Management/Test Lead Responsibilities (Senior Level Experience) Location: WA Duration: 6 months Job Description: - Ø Provides test management oversight as a key member of the SAP project leadership team. Provides direction on test activities across the project, and manages scope changes impacting testing. - Ø Provides test leadership, works and communicates effectively with a diverse project team represented from different functional, technical, and business groups. - Ø Contributes to overall project plans including resource planning process. Engages in defining and delivering the appropriate level of test approaches and strategies. - Ø Facilitates test meetings with business users and other team members to present test methodology and clarify expectations, including user input into the overall test planning process. - Ø Provides input into testing activities to occur in each test phase and environment. Manages and monitors test acceptance criteria between test phases. - Ø Facilitates and implements test processes, methods for the project as appropriate that will continue to be used going forward particularly for sustainment teams. - Ø Establishes test milestones, timelines and goals, and tracks metrics and results. Summarizes and reports test results for project leadership. Oversees the documentation and consolidation of test results. - Ø Manages activities related to project test planning and execution including facilitation of test planning/execution and defect triage meetings. - Ø Provides proactive management of shared and/or conflicting test plans within the SAP project as well as across multiple projects such as GLS which may share the same integrated environments. - Ø Facilitates creating test plans from existing technical and functional design documents, and from other informational sources as available and appropriate. - Ø Consolidates test scripts and other inputs from team members into detailed test plans, ensuring test scripts/scenarios map to requirements and business process as appropriate. - Ø Manages testing risks and issues providing oversight and escalation to project management and leadership as appropriate. - Ø Coordinates education and training of testing approaches, strategies, methods, practices, processes and tools. - Ø Facilitates coordination of test activities with third party vendors. - Ø Coordinate quality review and approval of test case/scenarios designs, test script development and executions.
