Anticipated end date: 12/31/2010 Location: san Francisco, CA Rate: $45-$48/hr C2C Position Description: Experience Level: 7-10 years technical background and 5-6 years directly related web experience Description: Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives. Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of multi-variant factors. Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing. Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process. Responsibilities *Implement requirements in a maintainable, secure manner that is also easy to monitor and troubleshoot in production *Provide direction and technical guidance to other developers *Provide input, direction and cost estimates for new development efforts *Analyze operational results and provide recommendation for further improvement *Assures all corporate compliance/governance requirements are met (quality, security, change, etc) Minimum Qualifications *Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience *8+ years of experience as Java Developer with strong expertise on JDK 1.6, J2EE 5, Spring 2.5 - MVC/IOP/AOP/WebServices, XML/XSL, Ant, Log4J, Maven 1.x/2.x build, Oracle, caching - EhCahe, etc. *2+ years in team lead role *Strong design skills using tools like Rational Rose or Enterprise Architect. *Ability to work independently on enterprise applications with a good hands-on experience on unit testing (Junit 4 or Testing or JWebUnit), code audit (Coverity or PMD), performance testing/tuning (Introscope or Coverity), Security testing (Fortify) and WebService testing (Jmock/Jmockit). *Must have string Unix experience (shell scripting) *Experience designing and developing *Strong communication skills *Highly motivated and driven with a sense of ownership *Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast paced environment Preferred Skills: *Knowledge of Web 2.0 (Flex or JFX) *Knowledge of Documentum based content management system Platform and Skill Set Expertise: Web Development : Java, Web Development : JSP, Web Development : EJB / J2EE, Design Skills & Tools : Object Oriented Design, Analysis Skills : UML Thanks & regards, Amrutha Phone: 734-591-3562X1167 Fax : 734-418-2603 [email protected] <http://www.aim-cc.com/> www.aim-cc.com http://www.clickindia.com/images/2008/11/11/02/503343_20081111361_large.JPG We are committed to help you grow Note: We respect your Online Privacy.
