Note: Face To Face interview mandatory Position: Senior Frontend UI Developer Location; Eagan MN Duration: 18 Months Exp: 9 Years Manager Comments : We really need someone who is strong in CSS and HTML. The position will sometimes modify existing JavaScript, but focuses mostly on the CSS and HTML structure. Which tends to be different from many front end developer positions out there. We work with a team of developers who are responsible for the backend and JavaScript code, so our team has to be the experts in the CSS and HTML. Our best candidates seem to have a background in design so they tend to pay more attention to design detail. Because our environments are extremely large with a lot of shared code, we highly value someone who can problem solve and handle a variety of unknown and constantly changing situations. Job Description: The front-end web developer is responsible for working with designers, information architects and a team of developers to define HTML markup and create custom CSS stylesheets for complex, information-rich web and mobile applications. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about the CSS and HTML, can follow coding standards already in place but wants to stay up-to-date on technology to help improve the code base, and is not afraid of new challenges. *Experience* - Associate degree in a technology-related field required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) · Knowledge of web standards and accessibility (W3C and s508) · Minimum 2+ years experience developing front-end web applications · Portfolio of work *Required Knowledge and Skills* · Ability to create production-quality CSS, SASS, and HTML for web applications with support for mobile and tablet devices.
