*Location: Redmond WA* *Job Description:* Using PMO best practices and standards, partner with the Microsoft product/program managers to facilitate a project management process to fit their needs, and oversee and execute on that process/plan. Create, maintain and control the project schedule and dashboard, facilitate meetings, and proactively identify risks to the project. Manage deployment plans, HW budgeting and purchasing, and coordinates with operation team to support infrastructure changes. Facilitate program communications, identify and implement continuous improvement practices, and provide regular status reports as required. Focuses on security by enforcing security reviews as part of the development planning. *Qualifications:* 4 years of project management experience, Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience. Strong program management experience/skills. Expert collaborator who excels in driving complex, broad cross-functional engagement. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to learn new areas quickly. A solid grasp of WCF, Web API, good knowledge and experience in security area, such as cryptography, PKI, SSL/TLS, TPM, Code Signing, and Threat modeling/STRIDE. Knowledge and experience on HSM is a plus. Familiar with Agile development process and test-driven development. Able to focus on quality and enforce the team’s work quality.
