We have a position on *OTM Support Consultant at * *Atlanta GA* if you are interested please share your updated resume to gloria_...@aesinc.us.com Please find urgent requirement for OTM support consultant, you are requested please share profile for the same. *Position: OTM Support Consultant * *Location: Atlanta GA ( 2 months in Schenectady, NY)* *Duration: 3 Months CTH * Primary Skills : OTM experience and SQL queries Application maintenance, troubleshooting and on-call support •Providing technical support for OTM on daily basis •Diagnose, Design and implement corrections for production problems •Coordinate with other IT Support groups for problem resolution •Coordinate with offshore team •Answer user questions on system functionality •Provide combine (onsite and offshore) status to client on daily basis. •Travel (10%-20%) to different client sites to support business user. OTM technical experience required: •Creating/modifying SQL queries & agent work flows to support constantly changing business needs. •Saved SQL queries •CSV and DB.XML export/import OTM functional experience preferred: •Shipment Planning and tendering •Air/Ocean Shipments You should have: •5+ years of OTM experience •Good knowledge of SQL (Oracle) is required. •GTM knowledge is preferred.
