*QA Automation EngineerGreenwood Village, CO6 Months Contract to HireStart: ASAP* *Key Responsibilities:* The primary focus of this position is on technical testing. You will be responsible for conducting complex, cross-functional test processes for any application software systems the business unit is creating and/or changing. You will fully understand all concepts and applications of quality assurance testing, be able to perform all of the regular functions commonly required in quality assurance testing, and ensure all documentation of test results is thoroughly reported. *How You’ll Contribute: *• Responsible for writing, monitoring, executing and evaluating application tests using industry standard automated testing tools SpecFlow/SpecRun, Cucumber, nUnit, etc. • In-depth experience/knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium using C#) • Responsible for backend services testing utilizing automated methods • Responsible for maintaining automated test scripts to meet software release deliverables, project testing requirements and other quality assurance considerations • Responsible for creating scripts to compare and validate data results from testing • Responsible for setting up data, tools, databases to support integrated test environments • Responsible for performance, load & stress testing of Web applications • Work with the team to understand how changes in the software product affect maintenance of test scripts and the automated testing environments • Create and execute release and upgrade test plans • Coordinate rollout of automated environment application upgrades • Work closely with the team to ensure issues/defects are dealt with in a timely and professional manner • Develop and maintain any of smoke, performance, functional, and regression tests to ensure code is functioning as designed • Troubleshoot defects and manage defect tracking and resolution processes so that a consistent, documented process is used and followed • Document any unexpected anomalies or defects identified in testing with instruction of how to recreate each • Maintain well organized records of test results and generate historical analysis of test results • Mentor and educate QA associates who have minimal automation experience *Qualifications: What You’ll Bring:* • Significant experience in technical systems testing, analytical techniques and a working knowledge of testing methodology and various software testing tools • Experience implementing and using test automation • Selenium experience • SpecFlow or Cucumber experience • Understanding of BDD • Experience with load & stress testing • Development/technical experience with Microsoft technologies (C# and VB Script) • Experience with Visual Studio (2013 or 2015) • Understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment • Experience using Jenkins servers • Collaboration skills to gather input and then experiment with available solutions to validate assumptions and feasibility • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information within a public setting • A team oriented mind set • Ability to teach and mentor fellow team members My Best, *Peter* Carter| *Technical* Recruiter *CAT* Technology, Inc pe...@catstaffing-us.com Direct: 201-257-5077 Fax: 201-342-2385 www.catamerica.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
