*Primary Skills:*



•          Experience in health care domain

•          Understanding of HIPPA

•          Extensive hands on knowledge of Windows 2003/2008 Servers,

•          Should be able to install, configure and manage the  Citrix
infrastructure

•          Advanced troubleshooting skills in Citrix related issues

•          Application publishing & Decommissioning from Citrix farm

•          Sound Knowledge in Citrix Presentation server, Citrix XenApp
Server, Citrix Secure gateway,  Resource Manager, Installation Manager

•          Patch management, Virus Management, Firmware & BIOS upgrade

•          Log monitoring/maintenance

•          Understanding of capacity planning, performance monitoring and
tuning.

•          Good Communication skills

•          H/W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination



*Secondary Skills :*



•          Working knowledge of VMware host and Guest OS management skills

•          Should be able to install, configure and manage the VMware
infrastructure

•          Basic knowledge on storage



*Certifications: *

1.         Citrix Certified

2.         MCSA/MSCE 2000 / 2003/ 2008 certified



*Client Environnent:*

HP & Dell server hardware, Active Directory 2003 Exchange 2003, Windows
2000 / 2003 member servers, Citrix MetaFrame XP, Xen App,SCCM, SCOM,
Symantec Netbackup, SMS,HP Insight Mgr, Citrix Edgesight,
