Candidate must have specific experience administering Tealeaf CX to identify e-commerce transaction, trends and issues. Candidate must be proficient in administering a Tealeaf environment and building events, dashboards and extracting Tealeaf data to be consumed by external applications. *Required Skills:* · BS/BA in related discipline Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related Math or Science discipline. In this role, the architect will identify and analyze business requirements to integrate hardware, storage, operating systems, and connectivity solutions. The role also involves creating and maintaining standards and patterns development used within the Consumer infrastructure technology space.
