MUST BE LOCAL TO CHARLOTTE OR RICHMOND Date resource is required: 03/15/2010 Anticipated end date: 03/15/2011 Location: Charlotte, NC OR Richmond, VA Line of Business: TIG - Information Services Job Classification: Business Systems Consultant Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree The ideal candidate acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting and directing the analysis of complex business strategies and enhancements to be solved with existing and new contact center technologies. Analyst will work with business contacts to define and document business and functional requirements for contact center CTI solutions. Applied knowledge of Genesys, Aspect, Cisco ICM platforms will be critical in shepherding projects through the development life-cycle. The analyst will work closely with development, quality assurance and production support, managing SDLC touch points between all groups. Additional responsibilities include cost analysis, vendor management, capacity planning, resource utilization, coordination of user acceptance testing and comprehensive documentation for project deliverables and status reporting. The analyst must have a thorough understanding of contact center disciplines, industry trends, business ! drivers and benefits of Contact Center technology and the ability to communicate these to applicable partners and leaders. The candidate must have working knowledge of Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies. The analyst will also be responsible for continuous workflow management, process health, business governance, forecasting analysis and accomplishment status reporting.
