*Role: Application / Solution Architect* *Location: Weston, MA*
*Duration: 7+ Months* *Can do C2C but need GC’s & USC’s* This position will demonstrate expertise with integration (ESB, SOA, BPM), portal/web development and deep expertise with Salesforce.com Service Cloud and exposure to Veeva CRM. The architect should be able to understand the business need and analyze current state architectures to come up with solution options, drive vendor evaluations, and partner with solution development teams to prototype solutions. Resource should have good communication skills and ability to create architecture artifacts for evangelizing concepts and solution options using Visio, Word and Powerpoint. This role will also apply their expertise to identify the best solutions for our business opportunities utilizing our existing investments. The role will be expected to work with our current toolsets (including Service Cloud and Veeva), and also explore other products as needed to meet business requirements. This will involve working with other teams and tools that are also focused on improved customer insights and measurement, like our web, social, search, campaign management and mobile initiatives. *Responsibilities: * · Assistance with development of a roadmap for migration from Axis Seibel CRM to Service Cloud · Technical design, development and implementation of assigned projects. · Ensure the delivery of highly scalable and secure solutions that are optimized for performance · Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for the technical architecture with scalability and supportability in mind. *Qualifications: * · At least 4-5 years of experience as an application/solutions architect, minimum 2+ in SFDC, with BPM (desired), Service Cloud (required) and Veeva (desired). · Experienced in BI, Information architecture, data analysis; experience with application integration and BPM technologies highly desired · Experience with mobile technologies and cloud security · Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in cross-functional, global teams as well as independently · Good knowledge and experience with AppExchange products and understanding of when to use them. · Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodologies Thanks & Regards *John Hiatt* *Inteletech Global Inc.* Phone: (786)-373-3988 Email: j...@inteletechglobal.com http://inteletechglobal.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
