*An architect who can develop is necessary.* Analyzing requirements Implement and deploy applications development on xRM platform Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Took, or SDK Identify creative work-arounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions *Job Details /Skills Required* *Primary Skills * Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in design and developing applications on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform Functional knowledge of extended Dyanamics CRM platform (xRM) CRM 2011 build and configure including but not limited to basic workflow development (UI), form configuration, form customization, basic JavaScript CRM 2011 advanced development including but not limited to plug-in development (.NET), ISV customizations, AJAX development, and advanced workflow development (WWF) Dynamics CRM Solutions development to build solution and deploy into different environments Experience on Designing and developing business applications on the Dynamics CRM platform Should have experience working with building reports on xRM platform Should have experience working with integrating the SharePoint 2010 with the CRM solutions Must have knowledge on definition entities and utilizing them in application development on xRM environment Must have understanding of farm deployment of applications built on xRM platform Technical experience with Dynamics CRM such as: Workflows, Security Model, Form Design, Customizations of Entities, Javascript, CRM Reporting, SSRS, Scribe.
