*Job Role: Oracle HCM Functional* *location: Rockville , MD *
*Duration: 12 Months * *Required:* Three or more years supporting and/or implementing Oracle e-business R12 Suite of HCM applications, Oracle HCM related modules: Work Structures, iRecruitment, Learning Management (OLM), Performance Management (WPM), Skilled in data analysis, design and redesign and configuration of production modules. *Role:* · Troubleshoot and analyze production issues, including documentation of the root cause and any configuration changes required to resolve; · Support efforts for new implementations, enhancements and production support; · Must have a thorough understanding of Oracle and be able to successfully provide day-to-day hands-on support to business owners by bridging the gap between the business owners and the technical team and clearly articulating any issues or new/changing requirements needed; · Collaborate with core business partners to identify efficiencies in existing processes utilizing system configurations and automation; · Investigate prioritized issues using a variety of troubleshooting and analysis to investigate production issues, propose options for resolution, document findings and ultimately document and solution the issues in production; · Create service requests with Oracle and work with internal MCG developers, DBAs and Oracle to resolution; · Participate in projects required as a result of new/changing initiatives or regulations; · Lead requirement gathering and documentation; · Lead and perform all phases of testing in execution of the validations between various Functional and Technical staff up to and including any resolution(s) required for discrepancies; · Responsible for driving resolution for prioritized issues (at times between more than one business area); · Coordinate any production migrations of functional and/or technical configurations ensuring proper audit protocols are followed; · Must be able to effectively partner and collaborate with end users and business owners who may have varied skill levels; · Review patch releases and make recommendations on any system enhancements; · Develop desk procedures and documentation. *Skills:* · Three or more years supporting and/or implementing Oracle e-business R12 Suite of HCM applications in a complex environment; · Experience in a functional lead role for one or more of the following Oracle HCM related modules: Work Structures, iRecruitment, Learning Management (OLM), Performance Management (WPM); · Experience working in a project-centric environment where work is driven by tight deadlines, project plans, complex and exception-based business requirements, and documentation; · Experience in collaborating with business owners to gather and document the requirements and functional specification documents; · Skilled in data analysis, design and redesign and configuration of production modules; · Experience working in an ERP environment that is highly integrated with multiple modules; · Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; · Experience in business process redesign; · Experience in conducting analysis to determine any impacts to system configurations as a result of patches, other module implementations and/or changes to configurations in other modules and business areas; · Experience in public sector environment. *Regards,* *John Hiatt*| *Recruitment Services* *Inteletech Global Inc.* *Phone: 786-373-3988, Fax: 732-862-1414* *Email: j...@inteletechglobal.com <fara...@inteletechglobal.com> , www.inteletechglobal.com <http://www.inteletechglobal.com/>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
