Support data validation of Server Data Conversion and certify data generated by conversion processes 2. Analyze data problem cases and recommend solutions or workarounds to the problem and provide work effort estimates 3. Participate in data model change control meetings as it pertains to data conversions 4. Lead meetings with data modelers, conversion staff, application developers and legacy SMEs to uncover gaps in the data design 5. Drive options for issue and gap resolutions 6. Contribute to the quality and completeness of the data conversion mapping rules 7. Provide quality assurance of analysis completed by staff such as use cases, designs and design documents, or testing deliverables as necessary 8. Write SQL or PL/SQL programs to as necessary to aid in data validation 9. Determine data scenarios for purposes of validation efforts and conversion testing 10. Aid conversion developers in finding defects 11. Support the various project Testing phases in identifying data problems 12. Attend project, staff, and management meetings as required 13.
