*Main Description*

   -  Develop automated test scripts, conditions, test data, and expected
   results for performance test efforts.
   -  Execute tests and report results according to testing standards and
   procedures.
   -  Support defect resolution management in coordination with performance
   test lead, performance architect, performance engineer and extended
   business and technical teams.
   -  Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out
   of the testing process.
   -  Ensure standard performance engineering analysis and reporting is
   completed.
   -  Validate performance defect fixes.
   -  Ensure that all testing results are maintained in an organized way
   and easily accessible
   -  Follows the testing standards, guidelines, and methods as specified
   in the testing approach.
   -  Review test and monitoring results to ensure that they meet the entry
   and exit criteria.

* Skills*

   -  Skilled in use HP Performance Center
   -  Experience in full life cycle implementation and support of overall
   performance engineering/testing process
   -  Experience with support and use of standard performance monitoring
   tools.
   -  Familiarity with large-scale technical infrastructures
   -  Experience with developing and reporting on results
   -  Good written and verbal communication skills
   -  Strong understanding of performance testing concepts
