The efforts are in support of the ERP modernization and the Treasurer’s Check Processor Modernization · Develop and maintain project plans and project schedules · Establish good relationships with key stakeholders · Facilitate weekly project meetings with the project team · Ensure sponsor and key stakeholders are aligned with project goals · Negotiate for project resources · Facilitate resolution of interpersonal conflicts · Establish an environment that empowers the team · Collaborate (as needed) with vendor’s project manager or designated contact(s) and the project team members to develop project schedule and project management plans · Facilitate decision making · Track and communicate tasks and progress, including maintenance of formal status reports · Track and facilitate resolution of issues · Identify and manage risks Skills · 5+ Years of Project Management experience · PMP certification · Excellent oral and written communication skills with the English language. · Recent experience (within past three years) managing information technology projects. · Experience with formal project management methodologies. · Experience with business process development; functional and technical requirements for large enterprise applications; current software development technologies and methodologies; and formal testing methodologies.
