*Job Title : Senior Vmware/ Virtualization Engineer Location : Denver, CODuration : 1+Year Contract, Contract to hire possibleJob Requirements in addition to Job Description Below:* High end person – architect level 6 + years of experience with core Vmware strength Hardware piece – least important Need a depth of knowledge in Vcenter, Vsphere, VRA, VRO, Vrealize, Etc. full stack knowledge. Cisco UCS experience is a plus Need a VMware consultant right now more focused on VDI – knows Vsphere, but more VDI specialized Heavy experience with Clustering, Cloud architecture, designing a VDI solution that is robust, etc. and making sure they’ve done this before in other environments. Currently running 6.2 working on moving to 7.2 to get to all the cloud features. This would take place immediately after the datacenter move. This person must require knowledge of fundamental building blocks to understand the general landscape. They must know how things work together and connect. If someone has knowledge and experience in this area this person will be successful even if they don’t have exact matches, they should be able to catch on fairly quickly. The Sr. Virtualization Engineer will design, build, deploy and maintain the enterprise virtual infrastructure consisting of VMware and Microsoft technologies within our globally distributed data center environment.
