Responsibilities will also include:
• Implementing CRM components based on business requirements. • Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces and implementations. • Research & resolve technical issues • Independently drive issues resolution, develop business knowledge, and apply technical solutions • Develop and deliver super user training • Participate in blueprint and design sessions while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to the business and Information Technology stakeholders, and support the implementations by reviewing deliverables and helping to ensure that projects adhere to design specifications *Required Skills and Experience: *• Three to five years of experience in SAP CRM functional design roles with experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP enterprise (ECC or CRM) implementations. • Experience with SAP ECC 6.0, CRM 2005/2007/7.0, NW 2004s or 7.1, SRM, and BW 7.0/PI/Portal/MDM. • Strong knowledge of architectural design techniques including OO, top-down, structured analysis, and component-based design. • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels in a global organization. • Experience / exposure to the Global (on-site / off-shore) delivery model.
