*Description*

Works with managers and external candidates to arrange formal interviews.
Composes agendas, makes flight or hotel reservations, emails candidate and
managers. Completes and mails acceptance letter and acceptance packet,
verifies education, processes background check, arranges and escorts
candidate for drug screen, prepares files and paperwork for new hire
orientation. Enters candidate activities and expense information into
system. Escorts candidates to interviews.



*Standardized Summary of Qualifications *

Demonstrated experience using Outlook email and calendars, Microsoft Word &
Excel

Effective customer service skills (including excellent written and verbal
communication)

Must be able to multi task keeping cognizant of and meeting all deadlines

Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and be
professional under stress

Education Requirement: At Minimum completion of High School Diploma or
G.E.D., unless specified that a higher level of education is required for
the position or stated otherwise in the job description.
