Not a problem Piyush. I can shed some light on the rate and interview
process now. The rate cannot exceed $65/hour. The contract length will be
around 12 months and will most likely extend. We have about a dozen Test
Leads working at this particular client now and the shortest engagement has
been right around the 12 month mark. The interview process is pretty
standard. There is an initial phone screen followed by an in-person
interview. They have hired over the phone before but for a lead role like
this I would anticipate that they are going to want to meet the person.
