Position Description: Mobile Application Developer An application developer is needed to develop and provide customer support PocketPEO and MDT Scofflaw Application. Candidate must have extensive knowledge with developing applications on Windows Mobile, PocketPC and Windows CE. Candidate must also have extensive knowledge developing mobile applications across multiple device types and configurations. Experience+ • 5 or more years of experience in systems design and development using MS Visual C++, MS Visual Studio 2005 or higher, .Net, C#, Windows Mobile 5.0, PocketPC 2002 and Windows CE. • 3 years experience using relational database, preferably SQL Server and Oracle. Skills • Develop applications for mobile devices for different platforms such as Windows Mobile. • Experience with mobile client architecture and frameworks including networked mobile applications. • Very strong MS C/C++ and .Net background • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. • Ability to provide on-going software maintenance as required including outside of normal business hours when necessary.
