Please send your resume with contact details to *chaita...@xperttech.com* Job Title : Business Analyst Location : Boston, MA Duration : 24 months + Responsibilities: • Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use business case scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis as well as GAP analysis techniques with banking Credit Risk. • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver Functional and Business Requirements Documents as needed. • Work with the IT and business groups to convert requirements into solutions. • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Work both independently and in a team, under the direction of project managers to define concepts. • Serve as the conduit between the internal and external customers, and the software development team, through which requirements flow. • Develop requirement specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. Requirements: • Experience in similar projects and having helped deploy Credit Risk Solutions in the banking industry. • Strong knowledge of Bank Credit Risk Management process and products, and a thorough understanding of the functionality and behavior of products related to Credit Risk. • IT knowledge and experience in the deployment of Credit Risk products at a bank. • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional application and operational requirements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to Economics or related field, or equivalent experience. • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
