*Position:* Project Manager (Enterprise Architect) *Location:* New York, NY *Duration:* 18 Months Mandatory Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. A minimum of six years project management experience in utilizing a project management methodology in an information technology environment. 3. Four years of additional experience working on Information Technology projects with supervisory responsibility of at least one component of a system development lifecycle. 4. Three years of experience in a manager role on a complex Information Technology project. Desirable Experience: 1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; exhibit an ability to effectively interact/communicate with staff at all levels and disciplines within the project and agency (e.g. business/policy, technical, management, etc.) 2. Minimum of four (4) years hands-on experience in project management including (a) vision development and articulation; (b) project planning, tracking, issue/risk management, status reporting, quality assurance/control, change management, change control, mentoring and certification of deliverables in a n-tier client server environment. 3. A minimum of two (2) years experience should include the creation and maintenance of project plans and schedules in support of a project from project initiation through project closeout. 4. A minimum of two (2) years experience of demonstrated proficiency and use of project management planning, analysis, development, and testing methodologies and tools. 5. Minimum of six (6) years experience in a SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) environment supporting the program/policy and user community. 6. A minimum of four (4) years of design experience working with senior management and program/policy staff to understand the key enterprise and business priorities, drivers and constraints that affect the ability to deliver mandated and (where possible) desired services. 7. Minimum of six (6) years experience in a SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) environment supporting an Application Development Team. 8. A minimum of four (4) years of development experience using VB6, COM+, C## during the SACWIS engagement. 9. A minimum of four (4) years of development experience using .NET 2.0 or higher during the SACWIS engagement. 10. Experience in understanding different enterprise architecture development patters, practices, standards, and policies adopted by programmers and other technical staff members to implement an enterprise architecture is a plus. 11. Minimum of six (6) years experience in a SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) environment supporting an Application Development Team. 12. A minimum of four (4) years experience working with relational databases and data access technologies such as MDAC, WDAC, ADO and ADO.net during the SACWIS engagement. 13. Understanding and a minimum of one (1) year experience working within an n-tier environment using as part of the solution an Application Center Server. 14. Minimum of five (5) years experience supporting an Application Development Team in the design and deployment of large scale implementations of Microsoft and Citrix enterprise technologies. 15. A minimum of two (2) years experience using architecture technologies such as TCP/IP, LDAP ADFS etc. 16. Minimum of four (4) years enterprise experience supporting an Application Development Team: 17. Develop an enterprise architecture framework and provide a comprehensive approach and solution to the planning, design, development, implementation, support and governance of an enterprise information architecture outlining. 18.
