You will be frequently be the single point of contact throughout the project life cycle of several key initiatives and will be expected to provide leadership and consultation on those projects from inception to implementation. This may involve work with Sparc and X86 hardware, Solaris and RH Linux, Weblogic, Tomcat and various applications and tools. Attention to detail and documentation skills are critical for this position. In addition, you may be called on to provide support and training for your projects. Key Skills: Very good understanding of RH Linux and X86 hardware Experience with VMWare Experience with Tomcat and Java Very good understanding of Solaris OS and Sparc Hardware, including LDOMs and Containers. Ability to evaluate new technologies and recommend changes to existing standards. Very strong documentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be expected to document and communicate your projects to multiple groups at all steps along the way in order to ensure agreement.
