The 2 consultants they were going to hire, backed out. *This will be a fast hire*. *The manager will do 1 phone screen to check communication skills and make sure the candidates have recent/solid Visual Basic experience. If that call goes well, the manager will bring the candidates in for a face to face and will hire them both on the spot.* Below is the project. *Phone interviews will be tomorrow and Friday.
